Excellent service, knowledge, prices. I highly recommend these guys. The guy that works here is super nice and friendly. I bought a few boxes of flooring from them. If they don't have the item then he will find if they have it in another store. Very good prices as well.

SOLID customer service by Jeanelle and Damian. These two are always smiling and very respectful in their communications. Seriously I'd rate them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.LL Flooring in general has been very impressive for me. I found them just this year and have already made multiple purchases with them. Joseph and Damien made what I had to do for a Project in San Jose a lot easier. Outstanding Customer Service, Readily available material, and Prompt Delivery is hard to find outside of just words used in advertising. Joseph and Damien with LL Flooring actually provided all of those very well. Also another rare but extremely valuable component, nothing was missed in my order, everything showed up in the correct quantity and type. I am with Cornerstone Construction in Los Banos but do work in San Jose, and I am definitely grateful to have a reliable Teammate in San Jose.
