Excellent service, knowledge, prices. I highly recommend these guys. The guy that works here is super nice and friendly. I bought a few boxes of flooring from them. If they don't have the item then he will find if they have it in another store. Very good prices as well.

Joseph and Damien made what I had to do for a Project in San Jose a lot easier. Outstanding Customer Service, Readily available material, and Prompt Delivery is hard to find outside of just words used in advertising. Joseph and Damien with LL Flooring actually provided all of those very well. Also another rare but extremely valuable component, nothing was missed in my order, everything showed up in the correct quantity and type. I am with Cornerstone Construction in Los Banos but do work in San Jose, and I am definitely grateful to have a reliable Teammate in San Jose.

All our floors were re-done except for bathrooms and entry way. The LL Flooring staff in the S. San Jose store where very helpful, professional and went above and beyond regarding our new flooring and storing it in between the 2 projects (Nov 2022 and March 2023).Our installer for both projects was Johnny's Flooring and our installer Jose did an excellent job. He gave suggestions to some of the problem areas around our closets and baseboards and his suggestions proved to be on point and I am very happy with how nice the floors and baseboards look.
