Named Adam Wang, professional and efficient, the environment is clean and tidy, my right hand has been sore for more than a week, and I have difficulty even taking a bath. Going to the most famous Thai massage parlor in San Francisco for a massage can only slightly relieve the symptoms, not the root cause. In the end, I heard from my friends that there was nothing wrong with recommending it. One course of treatment is effective. Even I am most afraid of needle pain or bleeding. I think it is incredible, because the doctor will ask about your condition from time to time. It is very considerate. I was afraid and dubious. , In this acupuncture experience to win the trust,...read full review
I have been seeing Dr Yeh for about 6 months for two Chronic condition, COPD and Afib. He has made a lot of progress on both with herbs and acupuncture. Also when something else comes up like I sprang something he has a remedy. Also I used to have panic attackes at nights that are totally gone now. I believe that almost anything that comes up he help me with. He has a very good personality and responds to texts very quickly and gives me advice I can do at Home. My wife had a problem and I suggested she see him. She did and he solved her problem. She really like seeing him as well. I highly recommend seeing him if you dont get relief from your western doctor or you just want a solution that does not involve drugs or surgery.
Good reviews for acupuncturists are a dime a dozen on Yelp. With something like TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), how does one know if you've improved (after seeing X number of western doctors and providers) because your body slowly heals anyway, or because the TCM physician was good? You know...the good ol' placebo effect? Indeed, that is a dilemma. In fact, it was one that I have encountered time and time again since 2007 since an incident waking up without being able to move my head stemming from a shoulder/muscle spasm lead me on a search around the bay area for a good acupuncturist/TCM physician b/c all the western docs couldn't find what was wrong with me. I've seen my share of TCM professors, students of famous TCM gurus... Along the way, I found out I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hypothyroid, Gut Dysbiosis...you name it. On top of it, I wanted to have a baby. Let's just say that the odds of me winning the lotto would've been better... I met Dr Yeh in 2012 while on my journey to fixing what was ailing me so I can get preggers naturally, b/c I wasn't about to spend 10's of thousands of hard earned money on hormone injections. My first impression of the good doctor is that he has impeccable bedside manners. He always puts his pen down and listens to you intently as you describe your symptoms. He's compassionate and humble as he is a devout Buddhist. So, if you are looking for vegan/vegetarian herbs, he's also great with that too! Dr Yeh is not showy or pretentious - he's always trying to better himself. Until I met him, I never realized that TCM effects can be immediate and not the 'it takes time' to slowly heal type of mantra that you hear about. Case in point? I've always thought that PMS was a necessity with surfing the crimson wave every month and with that came back pains, abdominal pains and all kinds of discomfort. Well, Dr Yeh placed 1 needle on my thumb, gave me 2 servings of herbs, and I forgot I was on my period. Wow - call me a fan! From then on, PMS and pains slowly disappeared and never came back and I didn't even have to have the needle and herbs. Same thing with the hypothyroid and CFS and now we're talking POST-pregnancy... Yes, that's right. I did get pregnant with the help of TCM and the GAPS diet. But, post-partum depression along with CFS hit me like a ton of bricks. Miraculously, Dr Yeh's herbs worked their charm so even though I couldn't take the meds due to breastfeeding, his herbs saved me. I went from low energy and tired all the time to almost the Duracell rabbit and my milk supply went up too! My baby was the happy recipient of that extra milk. So, ladies and gentlemen, there you have it. 2 of the most immediate and concrete evidence that this man is the real deal. I can go on, but Yelp can only accommodate so much. Best of all, he's open on Saturdays. So, if you have something ailing you, go on and call the man. I bet you'll find some relief fast!
