I had 2 suit jackets that needed sleeves shortened+ Nancy showed me & took care of the additional details to the cut that so they would hang better on my frame .<br><br>The material of these jackets was challenging: referred to as "BeyondSoft fabric. A blend of TENCEL™ Modal, Polyester and Spandex.... the flexibility of scuba fabric but with a luxurious, soft-as-suede touch"<br><br>quick, friendly in-store service<br><br>Of note: do call 1 day prior to expected pick up to ensure it's ready. Mine wasn't when I called, so I picked it up 1 day later (my fail safe plan allowed for it!)<br><br>To their credit, they mentioned that it was good practice to call in to check on progress just in case.<br><br>I will absolutely return and highly recommend!“
