John is the most friendly and considerate business owner I've ever met. He took time outside of business hours to come check out my tree and gave me a detailed assessment of what needs to be done.
We had John Thompson Tree Experts clear the branches hanging over our roof. They had been breaking off and hitting our house for quite some time and the owner of the tree had been doing nothing about it, despite being contacted multiple times.His crew did a great job and were very professional. John is very experienced with taking care of problems with your trees, and we recommend him wholeheartedly.
Mitch was very professional, gave a fair estimate. Their work ethic was great - cleaned up everything, even in neighbors' yards (with their permission of course). I will continue to use them each time I need tree trimming.
