I highly recommend J&J Cleaners. I was there to hem my pair of jeans and take in a dress at the waist. They did an excellent job, I couldn't tell where they did the actual alteration. While there, I dropped off my husband's dress shirts for dry cleaning. I have to say - my husband's dress shirts never looked this beautiful, pressed perfectly and so clean with the collars so crisp. He wants me to bring all his shirts here now!

To the founder/s of Yelp, the experience I am going share is precisely why your app works. Bringing a business owner and customer together. First to the owners of J&J Cleaners, all credit for the 5 Stars I am giving go to Mina. Hi. Mina . As a customer I want to feel that I have been heard I was not only heard by Mina she single-handedly turned my previous frustrating experience into a very positive second visit. I do not know of another Manager who would drive all the way down from her home in SF to meet with me and take the time to listen to my concern but reassure me that she can fix the issue. I really try to give my business to local business owners in the community I can tell you if you are looking for a local business to invest your time and hard earned $ in give J&J a try. And if you are ever fortunate enough to be there when Mina is there ask her what she does for a living when she is not helping her family with the business. She is a fascinating woman and very proud to be an American citizen I am grateful I got to meet her and I thank her again for her service and her fathers and other family members service to this country Go Navy. This place is right by my apartment so i've stopped by to get my ripped jacket repaired and the service was done was great. They got it done quick a day before expected and sent a text letting me know it was ready. I'll definitely be coming again for any alterations or repairs i need in the future.
