I've been here twice now, and I am so happy I've come here. I feel so much better in terms of gut health after my colonic sessions. Kristen is an angel. She makes the appointment so relaxing and easy. She is definitely a reason why I come back. Health benefits and great customer service? Yes please! I'll definitely be back.

Kristen is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that she gives you your own say in how the session goes. She is clearly an expert, but she doesn't push you to do anything you're not comfortable with. She gives you the rundown of how things work, does her massaging, while also taking direction based on how you feel at every turn. She never forces anything and checks in with you all throughout the session. I will be back for more!

As someone who had never done any kind of therapy like this, I was definitely a bit nervous and generally unsure of what would happen, but Kristen was tremendous at explaining everything and easing me into the process. She has great bedside manner and is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about her craft.
