I dont like this place. They dont give you appointment. They dont let you see doctor in person, and always called out of nowhere telling me i have an appointment without let me know ahead. This place start to getting suck after covid hit. Doctor rush through the phone called.

All of the 1 or 2 stars reviews here share the same experiences with mine. So I will not repeat them. Thank you ya'll for sharing. I had the service with this doctor last year 2019. Now her billing department bills me for the services which was not paid by the insurance. I called my insurance and I was informed that the doctor just needs to send the bill. I called the office today, and the receptionist told me that I was in 3 out 10 people whose insurance will not pay for the service because the insurance is bad. Oh please, the doctor office always check the patients' insurance before seeing them. Just because the billing department cannot contact the insurance, so now the patients had to pay? Plus, the doctor office should contact the patients sooner. Instead they waited a year and half to give you a surprised bill. EVERYONE, YOU MUST BE CAREFUL! (I agree with you that the doctors or her staff may not read the yelp, if they do, please improve your business!) IT DEPENDS YOUR INSURANCE, SINCE I COULD FILE A GRIEVANCE IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED! WHEN YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMMENT. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Nguyen and she is the sweetest physician I have ever had. I enjoy going to Dr. Nguyen for her wonderful bedside manners and would like her to be my family doctor for many more years to come. Unfortunately, the receptionist named "Ngoc" is extremely rude. She has no clue how medical insurance or customer service works. I called in January to make an appointment, Ngoc told me she needed to fax paperwork to Blue Cross Blue Shield to verify everything before I could come in. She could not set an appointment yet and would call me soon. After weeks of no response, I call to check the progress. Ngoc told me she was still working on the paperwork, and needed more information from me. Again, she told me she would set an appointment as soon as possible. Fast forward another month, I call again to check my appointment. This time I ask to speak to Dr. Nguyen directly. Ngoc refuses and tells me to go see another PPO. She says, " You can go to any PPO in the network" and hangs up on me. I called another clinic and they were able to verify my insurance less than 5 minutes. No faxing needed. Ngoc seems to not want to do her job and wasted a lot of everyone's time. I have been Dr. Nguyen's patient for over 10 years but I will not be returning back ever again.
