“I got Qualiclean to get deep cleaning done for my single family home. I got the quote over the phone and Maria was able to give me an appointment over the weekend to make sure we meet our move-in timelines. The crew arrived on time, cleaned the house, and professionally accomadated all our requests. We are very happy with the clean up and services offered.I would like to add that the quote provided over the phone was based on an hourly rate. The approximate quote was for about 4 hours of work, but 3 hours into the job the work was barely 50% done. We ended up negotiating with the supervisor to make sure they give us a flat rate for the complete job irrespective of the total number of hours. The supervisor was supportive and honored the flat rate to get the work completed.I highly recommend Qualiclean for cleaning services. In retrospective .. I will get an in-person quote & finalize a flat rate before the appointment.“

“This was my first time using Magic Clean. I wanted a deep clean before a holiday party at my house. From the first phone call to the finished clean I was very happy with Magic Clean. Scheduling was very easy - very clear about what was included (on line pdf), quote was fast and reasonable (but not cheap). Follow up before the appointment was great - I received a reminder the day before and confirmation my cleaner was on the way the day of. My cleaner was fantastic. She understood what areas I was most concerned with and focused extra attention on them. She worked hard and continuously. She was very careful with my things - my house was fully decorated for Christmas and she took the time to ensure nothing was disturbed or damaged. I am totally satisfied with the service and will be using them again on a regular basis.“
