I'm trying to give Israel the benefit of the doubt. I see the reviews up until just a month or two ago have been great reviews, all positive. But, I'm seeing this review from Natasa where she is complaining that Israel is being non-responsive and not following through on his promises. She said that he gave her an excuse that he was in the hospital. Well, I've also been waiting for a call back from Israel since June 21, when he told me that he was in the hospital but getting out soon. That's it. I can't get an answer from him. Israel did a great job unclogging and cleaning the gutters after a recent roof cleaning left debris that caused the gutters to start overflowing. Will be requesting his services again in the future for sure.

Quality work and reasonable rates. Very impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they repaired my tile roof and leaky gutters. I recommended them to my neighbors and they were very happy as well.
