Lucie and Russell are awesome! We had a problem with our LG refrigerator on a Saturday and after trying to call 4-5 other companies, I found Hertz Appliance Repair through yelp. Unfortunately, none of the other companies were able to come until Monday or Tuesday and it was hard for us to manage without a refrigerator until then. Lucie immediately answered my call and arranged for a technician to come over on a Sunday morning! She was also clear upfront about the service charge (the lowest that a company had quoted for me among the 4-5 I had called). We called Hertz Appliance Repair half a year ago for a blocked drain for our Samsung washing machine. The technician was able to locate the problem quickly and explained to us what had caused the blockage and how to avoid it. The charge was reasonable and under warranty. We like their service.
