It is not always simple nowadays where we need to wear masks, along with a step by step process in order to get a haircut at a salon. My experience was quite different. Upon arrival for my appointment with Luis, he greeted me and walked me over to the back where I would wash my hands as well as he. That shows me that he cares about the new process, health and well being of humanity. He connected with me from the beginning all the way to what I was looking for with my hair. The thing I loved the most is that he has a step by step way of cutting your hair, having me check it out as he went...like a tailor made cut specific for my face and head shape. It was definitely a new kind of service. I would definitely be making my next appointment with him again. Thank you Luis!

Bernice is great. I had been frustrated with a few hair cuts with bad layers. I went to Bernice to clean it up and give me a fun easy to manage style. Now, I get lots of compliments on my hair cut and color.

I LOVE my haircut. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and had a few pictures of styles I liked. Headcase Salon did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back and request him for all of my cuts. Highly recommend!
