They were with a screw driver getting the "grime" out of all the sliding windows and doors. Now they slide as smooth as silk. They're reasonably priced too! About that: I paid a deposit to secure my spot on their schedule in three weeks or so. But then they called me and said that due to a cancellation they had an opening earlier - which was the next morning at 8am. “I have nothing but high praise for this company. They have been easy to work with from the beginning. I found my salesperson Robert to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. We purchased our system in 2023 and never had any issues with it. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. We heard a loud noise and thought it was coming from the heater/AVAC system. We placed an urgent call on a Sunday night. As it was the weekend, we didn't expect to hear back from anyone until the next day. To our surprise, Brad called us back that night and we were able to do Facetime with him to try and determine what was wrong. As it turned out, it was not the Heater or AVAC. He was very helpful with helping us figure out what the cause was and we so appreciated him calling us back on his weekend to do that.
