I live in Deer Run 1 in South San Jose and my association employs Genie for our pool service. Every morning 5 days a week a person comes and cleans the pool and spa thoroughly. We h for years. They are honest and thorough. Due to the virus, we can't use the pool, but every day someone arrives promptly and completes the service. They never cut corners. I commend them every time I see them. I live right next door to the pool. Thank you for your honesty- a rare gift these days.

Bought a brand new pentair pool walker and it died out of the box. Pentair sent me to another service provider who did not bother to respond. 180 degrees different with Genie.They were responsive and got the walker fixed in good time and installed it for me without needing me to be around etc. Seamless. Lucky for pentair they have at least one good service provider.I would recommend Genie Pool but would hesitate to recommend pentair!I forgot to add: if you get a chance, have Sergio fix your problem for you. He is friendly, helpful and keeps his commitments, which makes the whole process of working with Genie so easy.b

Two years ago my doctor told me I can’t clean my pool anymore due to my back. I called places and they all had an issue of me having dogs. I found genie pool and spa and Have used them from 2 years to present. They maintain my pool and spa. I also had them do some work to upgrade my pool system. I have been very pleased with them and they keep the pool and spa extraordinary. The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and always there to help with questions. I have a set day as well which is awesome. Another plus they have no issues of anyone owning dogs. I highly recommend genie pool and spa.
