Out of the numerous contractors we interviewed prior to selecting Dinh, many had charismatic salespeople who presented their services well. However, Dinh stood out in a different way. Despite not being overly talkative, he exhibited attentive listening skills and provided a tailored proposal that precisely addressed our needs. Furthermore, his pricing was competitive, adding to our satisfaction with choosing him for the project. Remarkably, Dinh single-handedly completed the entire project, displaying meticulous attention to detail and delivering repairs of exceptional quality.In addition to his impeccable craftsmanship, Dinh went above and beyond by assisting me in selecting the most cost-effective materials, as I was responsible for managing the material expenses. This exemplifies his dedication and willingness to extend his support beyond the scope of his primary responsibilities. Four Seasons to the rescue. Had a water heater that had died and my Family is pretty particular about having hot water to bathe and was dishes. I had contacted several companies and had gotten an array of costs and timelines for service. Then I can across Four Seasons - I could not be happier with their service, courtesy, cost, and communication. Gave them the signal to go at 8:00AM and at 2:00PM I had hot water and a Family that would talk to me again. The price was the lowest I was quoted and the service was AAA+++. They came out very promptly to assess my water heater, and provided an inclusive, fair quote. They then came out on Sunday evening to install the new water heater and bring the installation up to code, as well as took the time to give me a good overview of future maintenance. ! Dave and Dihn were both great to work with. I'm glad I hired them.
