Jackie and the owner are both very kind and friendly. Their prices are great and they have a great selection also. I really enjoyed doing business with them. Floor Concepts and Design Center has so many samples to choose from. Out of the 4 stores we visited they had the largest selection by far. The prices are great (better than we could find online!) and the owner and Jackie the woman who runs the show are so helpful. The owner came to our house to measure for the engineered hardwood we purchased and called us to give us a quote right when he was done. Impeccable service. Can't wait to have them installed. My parents bought their engineered hardwood and stacked stone for their house here and were very happy with the products and install. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional service. Jackie has become our go to person for remodeling materials. She educated us about so many things that we had not even thought about for our bathroom renovations. She is super dedicated and reliable. It's a no brainer to choose this place for your remodeling materials.
