Awesome!! Variety of workouts!! Great instructors ! Fun! Build friendship! Feel that 40 sec š„š„š„š„ and that 15 sec goes as blink of an eye! Love this!
Great instructors in a nice environment. They make sure to walk through each exercise to make sure you have proper form. They are quick to answer questions while training is going on. Highly recommended for all ages. Iām 56 and I thought this might be too hard on my joints but I have not had any issues as of yet. Great fun Great workouts! LV
