My lashes are always looking so amazing thanks to Yanna! She is so sweet and very communicative. She always sends me notification reminders for my upcoming lash appointments. One thing I appreciate the most is that she has allowed me to book my appointments ahead of time because of my busy schedule - it shows that she's flexible and is willing to go out of her way to exceed her client's needs. During my appointments we listen to soothing music or true crime documentaries. I always feel fabulous after she finishes my lashes. Customer service is 11/10! I also want to shoutout Anna because she is so sweet and nice whenever I make a purchase at the shop. A bonus is that Anna does lashes too!

Yanna trained me for megavolume in 2018 when I first became a certified lash artist! She was so sweet and knowledgeable! I also loved how in depth she was about technique ! I've never been a client but I am a loyal and regular customer, even after moving from San Jose to SoCal. Her adhesives are AMAZING, and her lashes fan like butter Amazing product and her work is even more beautiful

Literally don't trust anyone else with my lashes! Yanna is so communicative, very attentive to detail, and not to mention the sweetest individual ever!! I have uneven eyelids so she definitely caters to my eye shape and there are so many people that stop me dead in the street and ask who my lash tech because my lashes look amazing! Mine also last up to a month and I still get compliments on it 3.5 weeks later which is crazy I'm attaching a pic of my lashes from when I literally met Bruno Mars in Vegas and cried so hard from meeting him but they still stayed looking PERFECT. Like even tho I'm crying I still look pretty If you're not getting your lashes done by Yanna or anyone in her team I don't know what you're waiting for!!
