Had the water heater replaced by Efficient Water Heaters. Am a return customer with them. Glad to deal with a company with transparency and honesty, and best of all quality work that I can rely on. Omar is a cool guy who did an excellent job installing my new American Standard water heater.

Joseph is an extremely knowledgeable person regarding water heaters. My water heater was discovered leaking and broken at 930 pm on a SATURDAY night y’all. I called this company and Joseph picked up right away, diagnosed my problem, offered to come the next day, but I was actually busy, but on Monday morning in about 2 hrs I had my water heater replaced and functioning. The job was done extremely well, he was very quick on estimates and giving me a range of options. For the job itself, he reinforced everything, as well as added valves for gas and water shut offs that I did not have and even replaced the old Trey and such and disposed of everything extremely cleanly.... read full review

I would highly recommend this company! The owner, Joseph, was very quick in responding to my inquiries, providing an estimate & getting us scheduled for a water heater replacement. Omar was the plumber who came today to do the replacement and is our HERO for the foreseeable future! He had to do a LOT of serious trouble shooting to figure out how to get our old water heater out of the small room it's located in, since it would not drain & was relatively stuck in place. After finally getting it out, then he got quite the workout putting the new one into such a tight space! We are very happy with Omar's and Joseph's help and very thankful we chose... read full review
