Had a great experience with Efficient Water Heaters Inc. We unfortunately started with a different company (Handy Andy) to find out why our Navien Tankless water heater would not push out hot water any more. They came and said it was our gas hose, so we paid to have it replaced. Was not it. then they said we need to add a back flow valve in bathroom, paid, was not the fix. I did research on my own and everything was pointing at it being the flow sensor or check valve. They said they will place and order the parts, but I didn't hear back from them for a week and a half. We got our new Navien Tankless water installed Efficient Water Heaters outside our house. Joseph and Omar did the installation. They were on time for the installation, their professionalism and knowledge of the of their work was excellent. They took care of placing the water heater in the most appropriate place. All the piping was done as per the standards and also took care of any old pipes from our old tank water heater.They were/are very prompt at responding to any questions we had before and after the installation.
