They were sent by Home warranty company. Came out the same day. Replaced faucet , garbage disposal and toilet flap. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Technician also gave me advice on some other plumbing issues at our home.
I hired economy rooter for a clogged kitchen sink. The person came and unclogged using the snake and he did it three times so it flows freely. It was nice he showed me what was causing it -- hair and grease.
We are very pleased with Economy Rooter. We've had two situations in past 4 months. One with pipes under the house, and recently with garbage disposal. Economy Rooter has been responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. The workers arrive with the proper tools, inventory, and ready to work. The office staff is easy to understand and helpful. Any questions we've had have been answered with patience, friendliness, and professionalism. Our problems have been resolved without complaint. We would use them again and again!
