Good luck with having your call answered or returned. The phone number goes to a cell phone that doesn't even say the name of the business, and it will be full most of the time, so you can't leave a message. If you are able to get through to even leave a message, no one will call you back to be able to use your Groupon that you purchased. I had to request a refund.If you look at Yelp, you will see reviews dating back to 2017 at her old location, all saying this same thing. Apparently, she hasn't changed much in 7 years.

Bought a Groupon for my wife to get a facial but I can't seem to redeem the Groupon and no one will answer the phone at this place! Is this a real business? I'd sure like to talk to someone because it's ridiculous if you are a business that has no way to contact you! I want a refund but good luck getting in touch with this place.

I have been going to Crystal for about a year now for Acne treatments and laser hair removal. Crystal is an expert, and this woman-owned salon is dedicated to the science, technology, professional care and healing of your skin and spirit. She is the picture of gracious attention and she teaches you to better care for your skin and health. My skin is extremely sensitive and delicate and she has been able to care for me and provide the highest quality products such that I almost glow in the dark. I am so grateful for Crystal and her quality services.
