I have worked for Crawford Group for over 5 years and the experience has been amazing. When I was initially placed in my first role, the talent team worked with me to find the position that best fit my skills and needs. One of the most rewarding aspects of my time of the organization is the opportunity for growth. As new roles came available I was able to explore opportunities with guidance and the support of the team! It is great to work along side a team that you respect and love spending your day with.

We collaborated with Crawford Group for our nonprofit event this year. It was the first of its kind for our organization, and there were so many unknowns we had with marketing the event to the right people. We wanted to make sure we were building a place for leaders and stakeholders in our space to come together and network, share their challenges and opportunities, and collaborate together for solutions. Crawford Group helped us tremendously with our marketing strategy and execution. Everything from planning and designing each stage of marketing to writing copy and implementing outreach was supported along the way. I highly recommend this group!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer over the last couple of days--I say days, because her response time is extremely fast and very helpful. And while the outcome wasn't exactly great (read: no job offer), I wanted to single-out Jennifer's work with the Crawford Group and thank her publicly for being so communicative. I am in the middle of a relocation from another state, and I have exchanged countless emails and phone calls with recruiters (both agency and in-house) only to never hear back ever again (and it's not like I am applying to jobs that are completely outside my wheelhouse or scope). With the low unemployment rates and the market being hot for job seekers, to never hear back from a recruiter is extremely demoralizing, more than a little frustrating, and frankly, if your paycheck comes from putting people into roles...the lack of follow-through, baffling. So, thank you, Jennifer and thank you Crawford Group. I hope to work with you again!
