This was my first visit to concentra and after reading reviews was a little anxious. The ladies at check in were very welcoming and helpful and explained clearly how to check in. After filling out what was needed online I waited approx 10 mins and was called up. Nurses were great and explained what they were doing and what I needed to do. Doctor was prompt and very nice and again explained everything they were doing. The office and patient rooms were very clean. I will have no worries about going back for any further medical appointments. Overall a great experience.

My doctor just was amazing. Sh made me feel very comfortable at all times the staff was great . It was very quick and I don't think I would change and about my experience. Although it would be nice if they had a food vender down stairs?.

Sent here for a DOT screen and physical.. Very pleased to have dropped in on a Friday afternoon and no wait at all. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate them explaining the procedures, etc throughout my visit. if you’re concerned with accessibility, just know there is a bit of a stroll from even the nearest parking space, up the elevator and down some hallways before entering the suite they are in. If you’re convenience-minded definately try this clinic.
