First the good. They came promptly and on time. They got the job done to my satisfaction. They worked hard. The price was fair and reasonable. The caveats: Clear the work area and cover furnishings before they arrive. Be prepared to tidy up after they leave. Inspect the work before acceptance; they will promptly and happily fix any problems. Following manufacturer installation instructions is not a strong point. If they studied the instructions before starting work they could have simplified the job for themselves. I was charged the initial estimate despite the problems they had to contend with during installation.

This was our second call to Chandlers and they continue to impress! A year ago, they replaced our main line. They came in very reasonable in price compared to other bids we got. They also fit into the timeline we needed. I called them today at 2:45pm this afternoon about our leaking water heater. By 5pm, our new water heater is installed and working great! Friendly and professional guys. We are customers for life and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Was able to take a hot shower today for the first time in 1 1/2 months! Tried to go through my home warranty first which was a joke and a waste of time. Should’ve just booked Chandler’s Plumbing in the first place. Got an appt right away and I only had to take a half day off from work to get it done.
