She used them for her very old vintage rugs and we use them for our newer lower prices area rugs. Highly recommended. We drop off our rugs at Holiday Cleaners on DeAnza Blvd by prospect road and they send them out to Deluxe.Plenty of parking at both places.“

“I found Tonita's Carpet cleaning about 4 years ago by asking on Nextdoor for a good and reliable carpet cleaner. I had used one of the larger companies in the past but wasn't always happy with their customer service or their prices. This is a small family owned business and his wife Maria answers the phone and schedules and also gives an estimate of the cost. I was able to get an appointment within a week which was convenient to my schedule. Carlos came on time and he was so nice! I showed him the rooms and he helped me move some of the furniture outside. Then he went about his business of cleaning three rooms, a landing and a stairway. What a wonderful job he did and his pricing is very reasonable compared to the larger companies that don't have the wonderful PR they do. I highly recommend them. They are based in San Jose but they came to Palo Alto.“

I got the quote over the phone and Maria was able to give me an appointment over the weekend to make sure we meet our move-in timelines. The crew arrived on time, cleaned the house, and professionally accomadated all our requests. We are very happy with the clean up and services offered.I would like to add that the quote provided over the phone was based on an hourly rate. The approximate quote was for about 4 hours of work, but 3 hours into the job the work was barely 50% done. We ended up negotiating with the supervisor to make sure they give us a flat rate for the complete job irrespective of the total number of hours.
