I have been going to Care Chiropractic for a year now. I came early 2021 and first saw Dr.Dez for my wrist pain. I started seeing Dr.Namsa shortly after. I've seen Dr.Namsa for all other pain I've experienced throughout the year. She took care of my wrist pain, which took several visits and now my wrist is better. She gave me exercises to strengthen my wrist and to this day, I still do. I have come in for lower back pain and shoulder pain as well. I see Dr.Namsa on a maintenance visits a couple times a month. Dr Irene Namsa is a magician. I've never been to a chiropractor and I was eager to get some preventive help with my tight shoulders, neck and lower back. She was efficient and thorough, explaining what adjustments she was doing before doing them ...I found that very reassuring. She's been practicing for almost 10 years, and it shows! I was so relaxed after my first session. She demonstrated exercises I could do at home to relieve the tension. She let me know that currently we will focus on stretching; next step will be strengthening. Dr Irene was so helpful and practical. I am looking forward to future sessions!
Dr. Irene is incredible! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I've been seeing her for a few years now, and she genuinely cares about her patients health and healing. I love how she always "cracks" me up and I constantly feel immediate relief after every adjustment. Without hesitation, Dr. Irene squeezed me in her busy schedule this past weekend two days in a row, due to having lower back pain for a week and a half! Two adjustments later, I barely feel any pain. She is undoubtedly a spine whisperer! If you're looking for a chiro with superlative skills and personality, look no further! She will always have your back!
