We’ve taken our dog here to be seen for skin rash and ear infection. She’s been seen by the same doctor, Dr. Gafter, twice now. We’ve extremely satisfied with his service, being very thorough and complete in explaining the diagnostic evaluations and treatments. We felt that our dog is getting professional treatment and service.
We are going there for 2 years with 2 cats. I like the place, usually they have availability for regular check-ups. The prices are reasonable. The doctor is knowlegable and explaining. Though we had a small "incident" 2years ago when one cat had rabies vacine earlier. We went to a checkup. I sent everything before the first visit, but rabies certificate was overlooked and the cat got it earlier than needed. I was told after my cats were returned in the end of a visit. I got the payment refunded, but it created a bit messup since I now need to vaccinate siblings in a different times (the rabies vaccine is reported to the city so you cant skip it). Canyon Creek Pet hospital is one of the best in the Bay Area I’ve been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Melissa at Canyon Creek Pet Hospital. Her helpfulness and kindness have made a positive impact every time I’ve needed assistance with my three fur babies. Her genuine care and compassion are evident in how she interacts with both pets and their owners. We are truly fortunate to have someone like Melissa looking after our beloved fur family members.
