C-Dental X-Ray

As we walked in I didn’t feel welcome nor been talked to by the receptionist. The lady in the front was rude, blunt, and unwelcoming. She gestured for me to sit down without talking to me and never clearly answered my questions. This is the first and last place I’m going to. I don’t recommend going to this place. You can get better service and better price somewhere else.

Extremely rude to my dental office and myself. After speaking to my dentist and getting the okay to go over they failed to problem solve and pretty much told me to read their signs instead when I was there in person. The approach was childish.When you’re in a position I think you could use problem solving skills along with being attentive. Lady with the crazy brows doesn’t have people skills today. Hopefully it’s different on other days.

The first thing I noticed about the office when I walked in that it was very clean and calming the front desk rep was very nice and the x-ray tech was very nice and made me feel comfortable , I would definitely come to this office again and definitely recommend to friends for their x-rays ??
