They exponentially overcharge and price gouge on their services, and are horrible about correspondence. I've tried contacting them for a month, both via emails and phone calls, only to be ignored.
So far not impressed at all by these guys. Here's the skinny. I had a meeting with Derek at 10am. Once I got there, he was no where to be found because he booked my appt at 10am and didn't show up till 11am. I could be doing far more productive and valuable things with my time than waiting around. On the flip side the receptionist and the assistant were super polite and offering me 42 cups of coffee and tea along side some quarters for the parking. But to their dismay... I was just super irritated that i had to get up early, drive to SJ, and wait for this guy to show up. All the quarters in the world couldn't help these guys get a 5 star rating out of me. Ok a confession, when I began typing this, it was a ONE star... but after I spoke with one of the associates, now a 3 star. The End!
