This rating/review is based on a telephone conversation.It was Sunday when I contacted Best Maid House Cleaning via Email. After two of my three quotes came in, I sent them a text message. Within minutes, I received a call from the owner, Eduardo. It was a very pleasant and informative conversation. Eduardo conveyed pride in the service he provides and is extremely accommodating. Unfortunately, due to being unavailable, I was unable to use his service this time, however, I will be giving him my business next time. Customer service goes a long way. Thanks for the preview, Eduardo!

We moved out of our current house after living for 7 years with two cats. We contacted Best Maid House Cleaning and Eduardo was super responsive. He provided their hourly rate and scheduled me a time for the cleaning. On cleaning day they arrived on time. I was very pleased how clean the house became after the cleaning. I was most impressed by their attention to details. They took care of a few areas that i didn't notice or I forgot to mention during our initial walkthrough. I think they're honest and professional. I recommend them if you need cleaning service - just a heads up: book early as they're very popular!

I've been using Best Maid House Cleaning for months now and highly recommend them. - They do a great job not only cleaning (dirty surfaces, vacuuming, etc) - but they also organize and tidy as well (many other services do not offer this). ex: Just the other day I had come back from a trip and had a ton of random items on the counter. They actually put them away in the drawers that had similar items. I will notice they will even pick things off the floor inside my master closet, and from under the bed. - They will accommodate special requests such as inside fridge, upholstery. - They work well with pets - they didn't have any issues with working with my Pomeranian who tends to bark a lot at strangers. - They go above and beyond - my dog had an accident in the house while they were cleaning, they not only cleaned the mess, but took her out on a short walk. - They are always on time, and proactively reach out to schedule our next session. Really happy with their work, and highly recommend them.
