We were in a bit of a rush, but Majid made it work by meeting us at the warehouse to pick up our floors as soon as they arrived. The whole process was super smooth. I was looking to replace our carpet with laminate flooring and we have two floors with two stairs. I got reasonable quote from Bay Area magic flooring. Majid is very responsive and helped us to find missing and buy hardware . Floor installation team is really good. They are always on time. We would highly recommend working with Bay Area Magic Flooring and Majid. Majid provided us a very good customer experience. He actively participated in the process of choosing the correct hardwood/tiles and also went with us to several showrooms to make the appropriate choice. He kept us well informed on the pros and cons of what we were choosing. He took full responsibility of ordering all the material and making sure it arrived per schedule. He finished all the work per the promised schedule and was also committed to support on the minor things that were outstanding even after receiving the payment.
