Great locksmith, does Commercial door hardware, you need a restricted key system, look no further. Need a re-key they got you. They can also do master keying. Mechanical or electronic locks, they can secure your home or business one opening at a time. Bay Cities is your one stop shop for all your door hardware needs.
When we needed to replace the locks on our package locker retrieval system at the apartment community that I manage, we called Bay Cities right away. The last time that they were here, they re-keyed and adjusted hardware on some doors that we have been having difficulty with for years, and the doors worked perfectly. This time, they located high security locks and keys for the replacement locks, ordered, and installed them for us as quickly as possible, keeping us informed when there were shipping delays. Their technician, Bob, was professional, friendly, and made sure that we were comfortable operating the locks before he left. I recommend them highly to everyone!
I accidentally broke my front door lock (K-lock) that was made in 1980 and no local locksmith wanted to deal with it. After months of searching I found an exact lock that Doug was selling on eBay and he spent a lot of time to make sure I got the right lock. He even enlisted his buddy Al in the east coast to help me get the lock working properly. Al modified the K-lock several times and gave me detailed installation instructions. You don't know how complex and nuanced locks can be until you personally try to fix/install them. Doug and Al really know their stuff and are true Jedi Masters of their profession. If it weren't for them, I'd be out $1000+ on a new lock set. Thank you Doug and Al for your kind help. I really appreciate it!
