The team at Silver Creek were very thoughtful and sincere. Missy showed great customer service at the front desk answering all our questions and getting us set up for our visit. Dr. Choi was lovely as ever with her great expertise and caring nature. I missed the name of the technician for Diesel’s appointment but she showed Diesel so much love to help ease him through the appointment, which is not easy with a 100lb dog. I’m so grateful he was in their wonderful hands.
I've been bringing my dogs to this veterinary clinic since 2021, and every visit is met with excitement from my pets the moment we pull into the parking lot. The entire staff, from the doctors and assistants to the front desk team, is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They consistently prioritize our pets' well-being, making us feel reassured and cared for. One standout feature I appreciate is their flexibility with drop-off appointments, which aligns perfectly with our work schedule. While some reviews mention their wellness plan can be perceived as pushy, I personally found it to be a good fit for us. I like this location, it's very close to home. Always clean and the front desk is always welcoming. Technicians and drs are very kind too. I like how they remember my dogs too! I think the best part about Banfield is that when I needed to bring in a poor abused dog they fit us in and I sincerely appreciate every one for having him be seen and taken care of. Here's to Banfield and the recovery of my new dog!
