Arpad helped some friends buy a place, and was referred to as someone who was diligent about pointing out potential hazards with or negative features about a property. I'd never bought before and the payment model for a buyer's realtor seemed questionable to me, so a realtor that wasn't going to rush me into buying sounded reassuring.
