I would not recommend working with these people. They left my fiancé and 3 year old son without a place to go. They offered us the place Sunday afternoon without us meeting them or touring the place. We set up a time to look at it Monday during my lunch break and told them we would take the place. They did not send us the lease until 7pm that night. We sign it Tuesday and send it back to them once my fiancé was done with her night shift. We get a message Tuesday afternoon that they gave the place to another family.

I had a regrettable experience with michael the property manager. Initially, I felt misled during the lease agreement process as vital information was conveniently omitted. When I sought clarification on the terms, Michael displayed a concerning lack of transparency and professionalism, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and shadowed. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in their services. Proceed with caution.

First and foremost, communication was abysmal. I often found myself chasing after Michael for updates on the property, and more often than not, my inquiries were met with delayed responses or, worse yet, complete silence. It's astonishing how difficult it was to get a straight answer or any sense of urgency regarding the potential property.

Property showings were a frustrating ordeal. Archer homes seemed unprepared and disinterested. I wasted valuable time on the property that were clearly not aligned.
