James Quan did an outstanding job servicing our AC system today. He took pictures of problem areas to show me parts that needed to be replaced or cleaned, and sealed up a leaky panel for free.
When our old AC finally died, we decided to replace the whole HVAC system with a heat pump. We were very happy with the installation services we received from AirCare. They did a very thorough evaluation of the old system, the duct work, and the house before giving us estimates on new systems. And when extra work arose due to updated codes (the drainage pipe had to be moved and an electrical outlet had to be pulled on the outside of the house near the external unit), it was all included in the original contacted cost of installation.

6/20/25 Update: just had our second semi-annual maintenance. 5 stars again!
AirCare is the absolute best. We had an entire heat pump, air handler, house fans, brand new duct work, and asbestos mitigation project done with them. We just had our first semi-annual maintenance with them. Every employee who has come to our house has been nice and professional. They communicate often and well letting you know what they are doing, why they are doing it, and answering any questions you have. They put on booties when they come into your house and treat your house as if it was their own. Great company to work with!
