This attorney mislead me in order to get me to pay him for services. He claimed to have a good relationship with the lawyers in the opposing party, which would help him reach a quick settlement. Paid 3500 dollars only got one phone interview with Eocc and a rebuttal statement. 2 years being told my case was proceeding as planned. Don't waste your time update First didn't receive anything from Eocc until 2 weeks before the deadline. Everything I received about my case was faxed over or emailed Also my case didn't get worked on for 3 months because his dishonest staff said I didn't pay the retainer fee. Again don't waste your time
Had initial consultant with Steven Cohn - he is the most i compassionate and rude attorney - he won't let me finish my background and keep interrupt me in a condescending and patronizing tone, as if it is my fault to have wrongful termination issue- he then basically hang me up . Appalled the way he treat the vulnerable victim! I am so lucky to not have engaged him, ended up with a good attorney and had justice served !
