I called AC's Exterior Cleaning Service and received a callback from Ken the same day. Ken was very prompt to set up an appointment to inspect a roof for me the next day.

Ken was also very prompt to call me the morning of the appointment to let me know he was available early, so we were able to meet early that day to free up the rest of our schedule.

Ken inspected the roof but found no issues with it at all, there were no problems to address, but Ken still look notes, did the inspection, used his drone camera to take photos of the entire roof and zoomed into it to capture images confirming there were no issues and the roof was still in very good condition.

Our tile roof is 34 years old and my home insurance company requires cleaning . AC'S is one of three companies I contacted. From the beginning, Ken was thorough explaining different methods and why soft washing is the best for this type of roof. The team showed up right on time, started the work right away and I began to understand the process. By the afternoon, the roof started to show its beautiful original color. The crew did a great team work and everyone seems to care about the surroundings to make sure no chemical residues remain to harm the plants. In the evening, Ken sent me the documents including the aerial pictures taken by his drone. I am now awaiting the approval by my insurance company. More than that I love to know that my roof will continue to look beautiful and function for many more years to come. Oh, BTW, the price was reasonable too.

Ken and Team did a phenomenal job with our Holiday Lights. The consultation and installation was seamless, and the team is very personable and great to work with.
