The piercer reached out to me and we were able to set up an appointment. She was professional and very sweet, I don't have anything bad to say about the service itself. Hopefully this incident doesn't happen to anyone else but they did do a good job of resolving it.
I came down here for lobe piercings during Friday the 13th and the location might seem a bit sketch. However, going inside the people working there were so nice and the process was so quick/easy. I just filled a form and waited in my car till I received a text that my time was ready. Tommy was so friendly and walked me through each step of the way with the piercings from doing it to how to take care of it. The place is very clean and sterile, I'd recommend others to come here for piercings!
Being a teenager I was nervous about getting a piercing. I called and scheduled with George over the phone who made sure I knew what would happen. When I got there everyone made me feel comfortable and Steve did a great job! Even when I moved he made sure I was good. After I was done they made sure I knew how to take care of it and what not to use or do. Overall I really liked the experience and am gonna come back!
