Like many others here, FAHW assigned this contractor to me. Oh boy. Was such a mess to even schedule an appointment. He wasn't even listening to what I was talking and bluntly hung up. He probably thinks he is the most wanted plumber in the area. Quite the opposite. He seems to be last resort of people at the mercy of first American home warranty. If you came here to read a review after FAHW assigned this contractor, do yourself a favor and call them to be reassigned. I did that right after the first call with this person. Frankly, not sure how they are still in business with this reputation( and looking at other reviews, I'm not alone).

Best of luck with this guy. He's old, crusty and has a poor sense of humor, which I can get over, but he wasn't able to clear a plumbing blockage. After we both looked at the toilet not draining, he stomped off rudely through the front door...like a child. Says he is a contractor for remodeling but not sure he is capable of fixing plumbing issues.

FAHW assigned this company for a call on Kitchen garbage disposer issue. For first appointment he came on time. He tried to be funny with some poor jokes/ comments, but having read previous reviews, I knew what to expect :-)). He confirmed that garbage disposer needs to be replaced. He communicated with me regularly and got the disposer ordered in compliance with FAHW policies. During the 2nd appointment, to replace the garbage disposer, he shared what he was doing and why. Of course, he had his poor jokes/ funny comments, and lots of apologies. He not only replaced the garbage disposer, but also replaced the hose to the disposer to ensure fix kinks in the original hose.
