I called yesterday)Friday) asking about a bathroom remodel. The person I spoke to said he would be out today, (Saturday) between 1:00and 2:00 PM. It is now 5:25 PM and no one has came, no one has called, no one seems to care. I scheduled my day around this meeting and feel like I was shown a lack of respect. Doesn't seem like a very honorable company.

I have called Vuong on multiple occasions for my home plumbing issues. Each time he had been able to fix the issue fairly quickly. He seems like a pretty cool guy. I'm pretty sure his prices are a little higher than others but he's reliable and gets the job done quickly. Only taking 1 start off because I feel he does have a higher premium than others I've had quotes from before.

Please don't go to this Plumber. I recommend JB Rooters. This guy Vhoung Nguyen took advantage of my needing a report to my insurance company. He charged me $350 for doing nothing. 2 sentences and not even work done. I contacted JR Rooters and charged $280 with the work I am so pleased. He changed the piping and evaluate the cost of damage very satisfactorily. This guy Vhuong Nguyen is a cheater. Please don't call him.
