Our service technician Danny was terrific. He confirmed the appointment ahead of his visit. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair. If I need HVAC repairs in the future, I will definitely contact A-1 and ask for Danny.

My journey with A1 Heating and Cooling began in 2022, when my AC went out. The assessment was that I needed a new one, and A1 did a great job with that installation and follow-up support. A new heater was needed in 2023, and later that year, I had a booster fan installed to bring more of the AC upstairs for sleeping. Again, the installation went smoothly and I was very happy about my HVAC system... except for maybe that it was still staying hotter than I liked upstairs at night. Grant and his crew installed a new AC unit as well as a booster fan. They were friendly, professional, and always on time (2 day install). They were able to diagnose a problem with my upstairs air flow and offered various options for addressing the issue. I'm very satisfied with their work and I highly recommend their services.
