I want to say 10-4 Towing of San Jose did a good job of jumpstarting my car. Customer Service was courteous and helpful. The technician called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes and showed up ahead of time.
JD was a fantastic driver who picked me up while it was super windy and rainy in Vallejo and towed me to Novato. Great conversation along the way too. Very interesting guy. Wish I could request him specifically every time.
Didn't appreciate how the guy asked me to go to Google maps on my phone and asked to see something just to use my phone and write his own review. Other than that he was pleasant
