Stefon and Tyler did a thorough and careful installation, kept my house clean when drilling thru the wall, and answered all my questions. They are a very professional team. Matt spent the time to excellently plan the installation tailored to my needs in this small off- grid strawbale cabin. It appears that this AC Ductless Split Unit will work wonderfully with my limited solar power plant!!
I recently scheduled a service call for our air conditioning unit at J&M after it randomly stopped working on the hottest possible holiday weekend. I am extremely impressed with entire experience. From start to finish Robbie was outstanding, not only was Robbie professional, but also incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issues clearly and provided us with all the information we needed to make the correct decision. Called J&M the morning my air conditioner stopped working, they had a tech out same day. Mathew did a great job and was extremely efficient. He assessed the situation and knew immediately what the problem was. Swapped in a new part and it fired right back up and now my family can stay cool again! Thanks Mathew for your professionalism and solid work! Will definitely be using J&M for all of my heating and cooling needs!
