“The wait is long especially if you want to see the doctor. But honestly it's worth the wait. They know what they are doing and the ladies in the front are always so helpful and nice. They have good prices as well. I take my cats here, have received all their treatments/vaccines here.“

“This is a great business. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional whether you need an appointment, prescription refill, or just have a question, they are there to help. Our veterinarian was Dr Navia. She is a superb clinician, has great surgical skills and is very gentle with animals. She treated our dog for a bad heart valve and heart failure over a couple of years. When his disease progressed and we decided on euthanasia to prevent suffering she was very skillful at the procedure and provided us emotional support as well. Everyone at the facility is service oriented. You will never feel like you are bothering them and never feel like they are in it for the money. A simply great group of people. As a retired family doctor I give them my best recommendation,“

They did bloodwork and then called me a few days later with the results

“The staff is wonderful, and Drs. Gorsky and Amini have been wonderful. Dr. Lam seems to have done a good job on my puppy's neutering this past Monday, but there was a serious breakdown in communication when my puppy began to show some distress after 48 hours. It took a while to get it addressed which was pretty disturbing, but Erica Wise, the administrator (I think) contacted me and assured me that the issues involved are being addressed and that the welfare of my animal is getting the attention that is appropriate. I will be continuing my puppy's care with Modern Animal.“

“We should have left a review when we first saw Dr. Lynn a couple of years ago. We had taken our cat to his primary vet for a regular checkup when they looked into his mouth and told us that it looked like he had cracked his tooth / line of blood at gum line... but sent us home to wait for their cleaning appt / x-rays that was about 2 months away? No. I searched online until I specifically found a dentist, I found Dr. Lynn. Marlene scheduled us almost immediately. Our first meeting with Dr. Lynn, we instantly knew she was someone you could trust. She let us know immediately that our cat was not having a crisis, most likely food dye (eye roll to primary vet... never again for specialty work). Fast forward to today, we just had our second cleaning with Dr. Lynn. Our cat is a pure breed, he is very smart and very sensitive so it can be a very difficult time for all of us. But with Marlene's attention to detail and pre/post appointment reviews and check-in's, and Dr. Lynn's exceptional work (we appreciate the pre/post tooth images, thorough analysis and resulting, noticeable clean, white teeth) we just feel so good knowing our baby is in the best hands, and that we have someone we can trust long-term. “The doctors are great here. We have been going to them 15 years and I feel like they have added years to the lives of my dogs. I had two labs live to be 18 and 17 when both diagnosed with bad forms of cancer. I think the kindest thing they ever did was to do surgery on a little poodle we found that was a mess. Tumor covering her lower body they examined her and said it is not pretty but we can remove it! No promises made but were straight with us that if they did not think they could save they would tell us. They did the surgery and we had a new dog that gave us joy for five more years. The last thing is they are also very compassionate when it is time to say goodbye even when you don't want to. All this makes them the best vet combo ever.“

“I have used primarily Dr. Brown, but a friend told me Dr. Jones is great and has experience with Thoroughbreds, so we decided to try her. Dr. Jones has great patient care, she is friendly, she is informative, on time, patient around children (my 4 year old was bouncing off the walls lol) and great with horses and their overall care! “Dr. O’Dwyer and the team are absolutely the best and we are so thankful for everything they have done to care for our 2 senior dogs. We had many visits including annual exams, dental and emergencies throughout the years (since 2018) and we were always given an excellent care during each visit. “My pets have been with Parkview for a few years. When I called the office they were able to see my cat right away. Dr. Chu is experienced and was able diagnose what was wrong with Max and prescribe the medication needed. Two things I may suggest the texting the check in process is impersonal and problematic for a not tech savy user. Another observation when I called the office two-two and half weeks ago about my cat’s condition they said they did not see emergency cases. More than likely his condition was a start of what I brought him for this week to be treated for. Being consistent and having a policy of seeing cat first then refer services if needed is what I would recommend.“

“This place takes forever. Expect a slow process. 2pm appointment is actually a 2:30-2:45. Overall, you’ll be there for an average of 2 hours for a check-up“

“Dr. Chung is a very warm-hearted, bright-aura, confident and reliable female doctor. I don't like lazy doctors, but she is quick to deal with problems and make decisions. She speaks English, Japanese and Korean fluently, which really helped me out when I was panicking at other hospitals. The room temperature was just right. My baby was wrapped in warm cloths and pillows and was able to be hospitalized in a very good environment. There are many cold places in the hospital, like a refrigerator, and my cat gets cold easily, so I was very relieved. I met the receptionist and other doctors, and everyone was kind. I will continue to come here.Thank you so much.“
