Really weird experience calling this place. The guy answered and asked if i had a condo. Then he said he couldnt talk now and would call me back and never did. Doesnt seem too reliable or legit.

Stay away, at first he was a nice guy and got my business then installed the windows and said if there is any problem call him. Now the windows are leaking water and he has not picked up the phone. It was not cocked properly. He also said the windows do not need to be insulated but idk it seems like everyone tells me it needs to be insulated. Anyways I am very unhappy and he is not picking up the phone. Please go not be tricked by the reviews left by his friends and family. Go with someone professional and get the job done right Edit: he did send someone to fix the leaks and seal the outside now its not leaking so I changed my stars to 3

One of best customer service that I ever received. They are very professional and knowledgeable about my window project. The price is more than reasonable, I will highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality yet unexpensive home improvement.
