I was previously using another Tree Pest Control company that was much more expensive and hard to book. Mitchell has been treating my huge Sycamore and Oak trees for Polyphygous Shot Hole Bore beetles for many years now. Thai the MPC arborist is reasonably priced and professional. Thai has been knowledgeable and easy to work with. The other Arborists that I have used in the past have been difficult, overcharged and not easy to book an appointment with. I have been very happy that I found Mitchell Pest Control and have saved money over the years of caring for my precious trees.“

“Josue did an amazing job. We used to have many rats, including ones making lots of scratching noises in the attic. Josue surveyed the exterior of our house thoroughly and found several holes where rats could potentially enter, holes that were missed by a different exterminator two years prior. After blocking them and setting traps, he returned weekly to further inspect his work and dispose of any rats caught in the traps. After about 3 weeks, we didn't have any more rats. It has been 4 months since then, and we haven't heard or seen a rat since.“

The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.

I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!
