Great service and took the time to explain everything to patient. Both the doctor and staff are extremely friendly. It was my first time getting contact lenses as a 30+ woman and Ada sat with me for almost an hour training me how to put on the lenses and watch me take them off, very patient and encouraging.
Really love Dr. Cindy and Dr. Chang! Always caters to your need and gives explanations of the treatments you want and if it’s beneficial for you. Very gentle and caring. The one thing I like the most is how they never try to push you to get things done to upsell!
And really pretty and clean office :)
Very friendly atmosphere and NO long waits like Lyndon Optometry. I had a very good experience at this new place. I picked this place because of the great reviews and easy online scheduling.
