“My experience was exceptional. Dr. Tsai was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options. I went to an urgent care before I went to see him, thinking it was a fungal, but medicine they gave me, didn't help at all. After I went to Dr. Tsai, my face went back to normal in about 4 days. His expertise and attention to detail were evident, and he made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. Dr. Chan is thorough, explains what she is doing, returns phone calls when I have questions about how the wound is healing. The office staff is friendly and relays questions to the nurses and doctors and returns phone calls. Dynasty Dermatology is a great group to care for skin needs.“
